Keauhou Veterinary Hospital offers services to our patients that rival that of human hospitals.

Sometimes pets need additional diagnostics to help create the picture of what maybe going on internally. Giving you real time images of your pets’ internal organs can help the doctor make a diagnosis. Our machine is equipped with color flow Doppler and for those cases when you need additional expertise DICOM capabilities allow us to send the images to a Boarded Radiologist for review. Finding out what is wrong with your pet quickly and accurately is what makes the care at KVH stand out in the community.  Hawaii is fortunate to have a Boarded Radiologist on island for more extensive Ultrasound. We utilize her services whenever possible.
