Keauhou Veterinary Hospital is a full service veterinary hospital, offering state of the art equipment and diagnostics for your pet. Medical care is expensive and we want our clients to be informed about the payment options here at the hospital.
All payment are due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards and cash only, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.
Should you have financial concerns please let one of our staff know. This way we can give you a written estimate prior to additional services beyond the exam fee.
We require that all surgery and emergency procedures leave a deposit prior to services.
You will be asked to sign a surgical or emergency consent prior to services. We will also ask that you review and sign an estimate for care prior to services.
